We had a great experience with Elite Pool Designs! Robert and the entire team who worked on our project were great to work with! They listened to what we had envisioned for our back yard and designed it perfectly! Robert was involved every step of the way! I’m the one that had a disastrous experience that everyone reads about the horror stories. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. One after the other. Yes I’m leaving a 5 star review. Here is why: When everything goes well, you pay for it and it’s done. It’s when something goes wrong (or everything in my case ), it’s what tells you about the quality of a person you’re dealing with. Robert has stuck with me the entire time. He has taken care of issues that other pool builders would have ran away from. I can genuinely say he has what’s missing in this world of ours that we desperately need: Integrity! I’ve waited this long to leave a review and every bit of this is earned by Robert and Elite Pool.

Elite Pools was fantastic to work with, we met with Joyce and she designed the perfect pool to fit our needs. The owner(Robert) spoke with us gave us a rough timeline and from start to finish they got to work and got it done! We were nervous because we heard so many nightmares about pool companies, but once we met with them we were no longer felt that way. Any issues that may have come up along the way and even after our pool was installed they were right there! I highly recommend Elite Pools to anyone looking for a new pool installed or pool repairs. You will not go wrong using this company. Robert was there the day the pool started and has even come by to check our equipment and make sure we were happy with everything.
